Welcome to the Mackinac Island Yacht Club web site.
The Yacht Club, founded in 1937, currently includes 310 members, many of whom are residents of Mackinac Island, Michigan. The clubhouse sits directly across from the Michigan State Waterways marina in the Mackinac Island harbor.

The clubhouse is
open from about mid-May until mid-October. It offers members
use of comfortable living quarters, a scenic porch and serves
members and their guests. The house contains eight second and
third floor rooms that are available
for overnight accommodations for members and their guests.

Call early...last night we were at capacity with 72 dinners. Sunday Brunches are happening. The 2nd seating has been full the last two weeks so plan ahead!
The Annual Meeting will be held on July 24th at 10:00 a.m. We will host a Fish Fry on Friday, July 25th. Call for reservations.
Tim still has openings for private parties in late July or late August if you want to schedule a family dinner.
You can call or check the calendar on our website. Room rental is up from last year. I only have 5 rooms available for the rest of July. I do have a cancellation list. If you have a specific time you want to come, I can notify you if we have a cancellation.

Sign up for the Seventh Annual Round the Island Race!
Mackinac Island Yacht Club will be hosting the Seventh Annual Round The Island Race on Wednesday, July 16. This race will be a fun event open to all sailboats. This years event will be held on Wednesday immediately following the Bayview Mackinac Race. Visit the Races page for more information.
