Welcome to the Mackinac Island Yacht Club web site. The Yacht Club, founded in 1937, currently includes 310 members, many of whom are residents of Mackinac Island, Michigan. The clubhouse sits directly across from the Michigan State Waterways marina in the Mackinac Island harbor.
The clubhouse is
open from about mid-May until mid-October. It offers members
use of comfortable living quarters, a scenic porch and serves
to
members and their guests. The house contains seven second and
third floor rooms that are available
for overnight accommodations for members and their guests.

We are opening Monday, May 14! All three boat lines will be running a 9:00 boat off the island so dinners will begin on Thursday after the first week. (We have a previous engagement on Thursday, May 24th, so the very first dinner will be on Friday.) Cocktails at 6:00 and dinner at 7:00. Friday, May 25th, we will serve Beef Wellington THURSDAY, May 31st we will serve Halibut Thursday, June 7th we will serve Pork Tenderloin Thursday, June 14th we will serve Copper River Salmon.
SUNDAY BRUNCHES will begin May 27th. The times have changed slightly to 11:00 and 12:30 to allow time to turn over the dining room between seatings.
The boat lines have stated that our members will be able to purchase the 40-ride ticket book. Arnold Line/Star Line is $210 and Shepler's is $200. Remember, the dedication of the Clubhouse is May 27th!
